Can anyone recommend an easy duet book for adults (my mum and I) to play?
Ursie and DomRUK recommended Chester's Piano Duets by Carol Barratt in an earlier thread about easy piano duets for children, but I'm not sure whether that'd be suitable for adults as well?
By 'easy' I mean suitable for someone who hasn't yet taken Grade 1, ideally.
Thanks, Carys

I've used the Chester's Piano Duets for adult pupils as well as for children, and the adults seem to like them too.
One thing I particularly like about these duets is that in just about all of them, both parts are equally interesting and also sound OK when played on their own - as opposed to some duets where, nice as they may sound as a whole, one part is relegated to an accompanying role.

I have used the Chester Piano Duets with my daughter. As an adult I find them ok.

Thanks for the recommendations... I got the book and my Mum and I tried them out today - they're fun, and not too hard!

Pauline Hall has some nice tunes as well. I think they are called mixed doubles and they have different books for each level.
