I don't really know how to describe this but my sense of listening and playign and singing music is really weird. Sometimes i will listen to a song and it sound fine and other times i can only here for example the bass or cello or whatever instrument and i can't get it out of my head and hear the rest of teh song sometimes music sounds different to me on different occasions.
Also, i will sometimes play a new piece for example my latest piano one, for the first time and i can just hear the next chord in my head even if i have never played it before.
I can also sing a middle c and an a from nowhere and one of my teachers thinks i could have perfect pitch. However, i disagree because i can't sight read at all ( i always fail or just pass it in exams) i also can't sing a lot of notes when sight reading.
Anyone have similar experiences to me?

I get strange things like that. I think it's perfectly normal, and part of the learning process. Some people have perfect pitch, or have it only for certain notes. Some people have a natural understanding of chord sequences. Just go with the flow, and trust your instincts!
