Well I know that grades 6-8 are worth ucas points when applying to uni, but I think when applying to college they simply show that you are have worked to achieve something and help interviewers view you in a positive light.
I know when I applied, the tutor at my interview was very impressed by the number of swish looking certificates in my record of achievement. And of course, grade 5 performance and theory is considered roughly equivalent to a GCSe in music.

Are these points accepted for ALL courses, or just ones related to music? I've heard it mentioned related to music degrees and related courses, but i'm not sure about other subjects. Anyone know anything more...?
