I think you may have forgotten the Churchill rule introduced in 1999 which means you can't use the Hyde Park strategy. I hope you haven't thought of a new strategy using it.

In general yes, but there are some notable exceptions, namely West Rusilip, West Brompton, Waterloo, Willesden Junction, Walthamstow Central - you get the idea.
