Phil Dixon said the rules could be found under 'NF Stovold’s Mornington Crescent: Rules and Origins', but I don't know where to find this!
I think it has been out of print for a while...I'm sure there must be something on this new-fangled internet or that Wikipedia if you care to look.
BarkingI found this little gem on the beeb website this morning, on a thread about Humphrey ...
Mornington Crescent has a new move now. The Lyttleton Manoeuvre. (If you're curious, it's just like the Neasden-Stanmore Nexus, without the downside that the player must stay within the Jubilee Line for the next seven and a half syllables). Don't know if this helps at all ?
I'll be bold and go for

I can't play this game because I have no idea about the London Underground (if that really matters

), but I loved listening to it on ISIHAC, and now I am having so much fun reading your round! Has anyone shouted yet?
