According to Rule 75a, Subsection 3.41, Clause D. Yes i can, for two moves if ther Waterloo and City line is closed, players may use the buses, however this rule may only be used on the last day of the month, no doubt as you are aware.

Oh dear, I think we've broken the 5th commandment of MC. I think the only waqy to salvage it, would be to move to Ruislip Gardens, but that would then be a breach of Rule 187.97 (page 75, paragraph 4, subsection 3.5, clause B)
Can anyone suggest a legal move, or else this is checkmate...
