I am 27 and have my Grade 5 Cornet and Grade 4 Theory from when I was at school. I want to do my Grade 5 Theory, then my Grade 6 Theory (just for the fun of it!!) and then one of the written diplomas you can do.
Does anyone think this is possible for a woman of my age, and to be honest, worth it???
Crikey, you're making me feel old now too

. For what it's worth I did grade 6 theory at the very old age of 24 I'm sure that's close enough not to make much difference. I did grade 5 theory a few years before, aged 19, when I took up the piano, but I don't think that's much different from you having done grade 4 to be honest

. If you want to do it then it's worth it.
Now, as is the tradition on this forum can we persuade you to take up or re-start an instrument too

? Where's Miss Flute when you need her
