I just bought a copy of the 2 Chopin concertos at the Real Cartuja de Valldemossa (it's on my CD player now!). I must recommend any players on this forum travelling to Mallorca to visit Valldemossa - it's a wonderful place anyway, but any fans of Chopin would find it doubly so I think. There was even a short recital in the Palace of King Sancho's music room included in the ticket entry price. (I was a little surprised not to hear the Raindrop Prelude however). A great day out!

That brings back memories.
I was there in 1961. Long before even Mallorca became a really well known holiday resort.
Its where Chopin 'eloped' to with the writer Georges Sand.
