I'm just wondering, has anyone used the Thomann group to buy instruments?

They are doing a very good deal on something I'm interested in, but even with their reduction it's a lot of money, and I'd be interested in any feedback before I buy.

Thomann have a good reputation.

Things to bear in mind:-

• Your credit card is charged in the Sterling equivalent of the €uro price and may not be exactly the same as advertised (IE: bank charges and currency fluctuations).
• Electrical equipment comes with a Euro plug.
• Your guarantee is with Thomann in Germany (European Law says your guarantee is with the dealer).

Recently bought a piece of percussion kit from them and was very impressed with the service. I shopped around and they had the best price. Good communication from them by e mail and phone, text message when my item was dispatched. I changed my mind about what I wanted and they acted on my e mail, no hassles at all. Quick service, very impressive. I would definitely use them again.
