I have the good fortune of playing 1st trombone in a 17piece Jazz Big Band and guitar in a jazz quartet accompanying sax, double bass and congas/percussion. Its great fun and getting paid for something you enjoy? Priceless!

Yes I do. I've been playing in a Stephane Grappelli-style Hot Club jazz quartet for the last 20 years and am now in a new as yet un-named and yet-to-gig jazz quintet, playing our own original material plus some Latin and Klezmer stuff. First gig (with new band) at a jazz festival in 2 weeks' time - help!!!

i'm in a v small jazz quartet... piano (me!), trumpet, sax and trombone (the trumpeter and the trombonist play drums as well, so we kinda alternate) and also a part-time double bass who turns up when he feels like it!
