Anyone know which Suzuki pieces are in which grades and also is there anywhere where you can get a preview of the exam pieces before you buy them?

In grade 3 there is:
Gossec: Gavotte No17 (Suzuki Violin School Vol 1- Summy-Birchard/Faber)
Schumann: The Two Grenadiers (Op49 No1, from Suzuki Violin School Vol 2 - Summy-Birchard/Faber)

and that's it as far as I can see,
the first is on alternative list A
the second on alternative list B

apart from going to a music shop and looking at them before you buy I don't think you can get any preview at all I'm afraid

I remember playing suzuki book 1 and 2. My teacher was sooooo layed back, that I couldn't help a stupid joke to interupt the lesson for a few seconds. Didn't make fast progress.



I was about 10 years old when I finished book 2...

4 years later.... I'm on book 4, when If the teacher now used this book earlier, I would be on book 5(or 6) by now (with the technique).







I don't know about the preview....
