Hi! Excelltent! I got A* too even though I thought I'd messed up my listening test.

I've never done ANY composing before so that was a drag but i really loved it by the end of the course.

We didnt even have a music teacher though (she was new and then went away on sick leave for 9 months) it was so stressful!

Well done to everyone!

Wow, congratulations to everyone!! I thought the composing was the easiest part....the listening test i'd seriously believed i'd messed up but i'm guessing most people found it hard too.

i thought the performing was easier...anyway, i thought the listening test was too long and boring...i found it hard as well...i dunn care about the exam...it was so long (exam) and i nearly wet myself.... the only thing i could think of was going to the loo.... after the exam, i dashed out the exam room (to the loo of course) and nearly forgot to hand in the papers...... that day was horrible as i had to eat my lunch qucikly coz i got two german exams in the afternoon...

But look Nat, it's still an A! 3 marks is enough- it would be like getting 133 in your AB practical exams- you wouldn't say that didn't count as a distinction would you?

I bet if you'd been 3 marks below the A boundary (and got a cool.gif you'd be saying you should have got an A wink.gif. You got enough marks to get an A you deserve one, well done!
liebe_klavier
many congrats to you, Soph... i did edexel...sorry...

I got A*, YESSSSS!

Well done Seashellmusic!!! biggrin.gif

well done anyone who passed. However, if you didnt, dont worry. Most people who went to my old school failed and most were decent musicians. I failed mine but have since got a diploma in music and play in a succesful semi pro band as well as teaching piano. Not getting GCSE music doesnt mean the end of your career as a musician!!

i've just found out that my history is one mark off an A*
