I get cold ludicrously easily. I feel cold in summer. I cannot abide having my window open. My body and mind both seize up at anything below a nice, warm summer temperature.
Get your GP to check your thyroid levels. They're probably normal but with that story you should have it checked.

I am sooo cold!
I don't know why, but I seem to be cold all the time at the moment.
I have a weird thing (don't remember the name of) in my hands and feet, blood doesn't circulate properly, so I'm generally cold most of the time, but recently it's getting worse and worse, and it's a nightmare trying to write in school!
Possibly Reynaud's - chck this link:
Reynaud's. Painful but usually not serious. Again, if you haven't already you should discuss it with your GP.
Taking my stethoscope and white coat off, I know what you mean about the cold:
I find that Hanon sorts it out. I sit down with cold fingers and nose and by exercise 10 at the most I'm pausing to take off my sweater/fleece. I suspect Chopin's studies would have the same effect,
if I could play any of them!
