Well, verses 1-6.

The chant has been at large in my head all day. The whole psalm would be impressive. The first 6 verses over and over again is just annoying!

Ooh dear! Just remembered about the hamster.
She was left in the office/organ room in the pitch dark this evening because sonny Jim had to have his trumpet lesson in a different room, as I was teaching in the usual room. So as she is of very nervous disposition, I thought that 2 trumpets blasting away about 6 feet from her cage might upset her just a bit.
But I forgot I moved her! I don't think she's very pleased with me now.

Sunday and Bank Holiday collections stopped in late October 2007. They put stickers on the post boxes that used to have those collections about six weeks beforehand, where I live.

How weird, but I guess its so everyone in the house knows someone has gone in there!. Maybe there isn't a lock on the door! Its the sort of thing they do in Harrogate area (where people fetch fish and chips in a violin case). I know , I lived there!

I am doing G5 theory in June. I had a weird dream about the exam last night - I got there and decided to do the 'easy' bits first (i.e. leave the composition until last, because that's the bit I'm least sure about!) Only it turned out it was asking about things that I didn't know anything about. It had a row of notes on a single line, i.e. just a rhythm, and I had to classify various bits of it as K, S, M or N (whatever they are). But also say whether they were push or pull!
Despite this confusing me no end, having no idea what it meant, I did read the top of the question very thoroughly, and found some of the answers in there (an M classification was a Push, for example).
I then searched the paper to find the composition question - which was obviously now the easy bit - but it wasn't there!
What a weird thing to dream about. Perhaps that's telling me to do some more practising, particularly on that composition bit...am committing to doing one per night from now on, anyway!
