Haha, just read the above posts, they made be chuckle laugh.gif Just came on to ask if anyone has ever been "followed around" by weird things? Like numbers? Or words? Or colours? Which seem to be EVERYWHERE.

I'm being haunted by the number 1111 unsure.gif I get so scared by things, and work myself up so much. Like I still won't go upstairs or downstairs on my own after a nightmare I had when I was 4.

But anyway, it follows me everywhere. At first it has just been usually the time. My bedside clock is digital, and I swear that all the way through the holidays, it was 11:11 pm or am. For nearly all of the days, I would lie in late, and I would wake up to bright red 1111 staring at me (next doors alarm clock probably went off at that time or something...) Then when I collapsed into bed, I would turn over last thing, and it would flash at me, 1111. Now at school our lockers are in alphabetical order, mine is 1111, and when I went to thorpe park, there was a ride photo I loved and got, guess what the photo number was...

The time thing still goes on, and last night I fell asleep at 11:11. This morning I was chatting to dad, and was telling him all about it, and he said "Oh, that's when the first world war ended". WHAT? I had absolutely no idea and now it's really freaky because that's a huge event, and it keeps being flashed at me ohmy.gif

Now we've got a school trip on the 11th of November and I don't know what's going to happen... rolleyes.gif

That's what I thought! But I didn't put it, in case it jinxed it and did turn to 666.

I'm failing at making up songs to remember the maths formulas which aren't on the sheet, and singing them over and over. To heads, shoulders knees and toes. For V= Ah/3, for pyramids.

Erm, you do realise they're in the formula book, so you don't really need to learn them? I'm not so sure about the pyramid one, but you can easily deduce the (pi)r^2*h = volume of cylinder and 2(Pi)rh = surface area of cylinder from just knowing the area and circumference of a circle and using a little bit of common sense when encountering a problem requiring them. wink.gif

Last night I asked Mum to get me a bar of chocolate for this evening, as she was going to the supermarket. She came home, and brought the chocolate downstairs to me in the living room. The living room was quite warm at that stage, so when my brother was going upstairs again, I asked him to put it somewhere cooler than down here (meaning in a cupboard in the kitchen).

All is well, or so I thought...

Exam finishes, then I realise I'm not certain where he would have put the chocolate. Hunt around cupboards, can't find it. Mum needs to send him a text message anyway, so asks him where is the chocolate for me is.
Reply comes back: "In the freezer... " ph34r.gif rolleyes.gif

I went to a foam party at a club... The club is tiny and there was only foam on one dance floor so every body was cramming on - so near death experience number one: I nearly got trampled.
Then they turned the foam on... and I'm 5'2, so it settled on peoples shoulders mostly, but it was basically all around me, and on top of me, so I couldn't breathe... and I couldn't get out. I thought I was going to suffocate. Me and my friend managed to shove our way out, and ran straight to the loo to cough up half a bottle of fairy liquid.

Even though I was basically sober I have to worst stomach/headache in the world right now, and the most horrible fairy-liquid taste in my mouth. ill.gif ill.gif
