I wouldn't recommend Croydon for its trams or shops
I would recommend it as a good place to find employment, that is about it!
It has the excellent Fairfield Halls. And a few good forum members in the area...

I think after this resubmission I'm going to give up OU studying for a bit, I have lost all enthusiasm for it. I am sure I can think of things I'd much rather be doing...... like maybe learning another instrument, hmm......
