Hi.

Over the sumer the corks on me bassoon played up. I put my bassoon together earlier and i cannot seem to be able to get it apart. It is the bell and the part which is connected to it.

Any help?

Hi That cork on my Bassoon is hard to get appart sometimes too, I always make sure that i put cork grease on every time it goes together. Somes if you leave it the joint slackens or get someone else to get the other end and twist in opposite directions, that helps when the joint gets too bad.

Thanks for the adive and i had tried that already. my bassoon came apart on Thursday after being sat infront of a fan for 4 hours! (Ihaven't managed to be online before this morning)
