I might start a thread on "when do you sing?". In fact, thinking about it, I'm a bit fed up about people not singing - the world would be a happier place if we all sang a bit more.

Yes but given the original topic of this thread I hope you're promoting proper singing and note tuned bottom burping! wink.gif

Continuing with the off topic diversion into singing...

It's actually the thing I miss most when my boyfriend goes away. The constant noise. If he isn't singing, tapping, humming or similar, its keyboarding bashing, tromboning, and now he's threatening to get a guitar...

And now three of my housemates are all in the same choir, so if I wander into the kitchen at certain times, I am guarenteed to be met by cheery three part harmonies...

*wistful*

Occasionally they even catch me off guard and I end up joining in...

Anyway, I guess the point of this ramble is that I guess amont of singing depends on your household. blush.gif

I'm always getting asked 'Is there anything I can do to get out of singing?', so next time we establish that whistling really isn't their forte I must suggest tuned bottom burping! unsure.gif

In principle I agree, but I think it depends what we sing. I like a varity of music, especially upbeat, positive summer tracks or those that make you think. But I also have (and sing to) music that probably isn't so good for the soul. Consider the Manic Street Preachers or Evanescence, both of which I listen to regularly.

I should add that I probably fart more in tune than I sing.
