-mrbouffant- started an enourmous thread in the Forum Cafe, yet we never seem to hear from him these days, just wondered what had happened to him.

He's still around (as is CISD!!!!) but there was a crash just over a year ago so everyone came up as "unregistered" on their posts- look at the beginning of the thread!

Talking of missing persons, I haven't seen AP or YAP around for a while....
anacrusis
Nov 25 2007, 11:42 PM
They're not missing, I'm in regular contact with them

. But the rest of the forum is a bit short on the sort of subjects which invites their thoughtful contributions, just now.
* I might add, that's my interpretation, rather than anything I've heard from them.

he is about... but hiding
he appeared on one thread to contest a correction of spelling/grammar... said it was correct when it wasn't and then ran away under cover of being bored discussing it
maybe he couldn't face it... dunno really very odd

As far as I know, you can only be unregistered by a mod, which means you either have to ask them to unregister you, or they do it automatically because you've done a Really Bad Thing - if criticising spelling and grammar was a disciplinary offence, I'd have been out on my ear several years ago
