I'll give the first few notes, where all notes are crotchets, unless they have [q] next to them, in which case they are quavers. All notes span in the octave from middle C to the B above that, unless they have a ^ next to them, in which case they are an octave higher. At about tempo 115:

Forgive me if this is a completely obvious piece, and I should know better being a musician, but I've never been that good at remembering piece names!
