I think it was on the Trinity syllabus for grade 7 several years back.

I'd say you'd need a grade 7-ish level of skill, there's a couple of presto passages that raise the overall difficulty. Also I think you need some musical maturity to play it well; it's capable of many different interpretations, try to listen to a few. It's not certain that Mozart actually completed this piece himself, you may notice that the last section sounds not in character with the rest. Uchida for example, does not play this ending but rather returns to the original theme.

I agree - the girl in the clip hits all the right notes but.....It may be the recording but it didn't do anything for me.
