While it's in everyone's mind, I'd thought I'd ask for some help (for next year) on some publications you may have.
>>I'm looking for 3 line arrangements of Carols for piano (see below, near end of post)<<
I have (for PIANO):
Carols in 2 parts (i.e. one in the right hand and one in the left):
# Piano Time Carols (Oxford) Pauline Hall - good for some
# Chester's Easiest Carols (Chester) Carol Barratt - very useful & fun
# A Merry Christmas (MSM) Henry Duke - the best and most useful
# The Easiest Tune [not "June" though it looks like it doesn't it!!] Book of Christmas Carols (Ashdown) Eleanor Franklin Pike
....and some old books of the full arrangements in 4 parts for a pianist - MORE MODERN BOOK SUGGESTION WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL FOR THIS, THANKS!
Piano Duet:
# Christmas Carol Time (Faber) Fanny Waterman - excellent, one or two line arrangements for BOTH players, so pupil can learn either part!!! - wonderful.
# Chester's Christmas Duets (Chester) Carol Barratt - I have volume 2 and it's 1 or 2 line arrangements for each part [but less colourful than the above Duets, but I have an OLD copy].
BUT.............
Does anyone have a copy of Christmas carols arranged for 1 pianist that have THREE lines at one time (i.e 2 notes in the left hand chords and the tune in the right - sort of thing).....PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
This will save me AGES on websites or in a shop, and hopefully some of the above info will be useful to others too!
It would fill the gap between the easy 2 line arrangements and the full 4 part, when they're at the standard between!
Many thanks for your mutual help!
