I recently did a Performance Assessment on the piano and would like to thoroughly recommend it. The Examiner was so nice and friendly, she offered loads of constructive comments on the day and sent my written report back to me by Special Delivery, including a lovely Christmas card. It was a really helpful experience and ideal for a nervous "late starter" like me. Thank you Associated Board!

Oh, it was just that she hadn't got one of the proper pieces of paper and thought that I'd prefer to have it written out formally.
Indeed it was, in rather lovely italic writing. I only had to wait a couple of days so no big deal.
