Hello everyone,

In response to some recent threads, may I remind everyone that personal attacks within the forums will not be tolerated, regardless of the nature of the complaint. If you have a problem or concern with the action of another forum member or a moderator you should always contact the moderators privately. We do not make subjective decisions based on 'who is to blame' - if you are actively involved in what we feel constitutes a personal attack in public, regardless of your interpretation of its justification or the provocation involved, you will receive an official warning. Repeat offences will lead to suspension or a ban.

Other forum members are the ones who will suffer if we are forced to close a thread to prevent an argument escalating and we would urge you not to react in public if you feel you are being attacked but to approach one of the moderators - who will then be able to take action on your behalf to prevent a repeat.

We are extremely keen that the forums provide a friendly and supportive environment for everyone and in the most part that is very true of them - please help us to keep it that way!
