HELLO GUYS!

I am appling to music colleges this year, so i am sending off my applications off in about a week!
I am scared stiff of performing tho, is there really a point in tryingt o get in. I kno the competition is high and htere are many instrumentalists better than i. But i really want to have a go!
I get really nervous and odnt like showing emotion in my playing as things int he past have altered my onlook!

has anyone got any suggestions?

Go 4 it! They can't say no if u don't try, so u haven't got anything 2 lose! Everyone's gonna b dead nervous, even if they don't show it, so that won't put u at a disadvantage!

To me, music IS emotion, and to hear that you're holding it back saddens me! That could be what is making you nervous, just don't hold back and keep it flowing. Listen to yourself and you'll be fine
