The reason I'm asking, is because Graham used to tutor me at Music A Level many years ago now, and I'm in the process of taking on an A Level student privately myself. This book was of immense value to me when I was studying and I used to have a copy, but I loaned it to someone and never got it back. I don't know if it was in wide circulation but if anyone can help me find it.....?

Otherwise, any other advice on good books that teach Bach Chorale harmonisations would be most welcome!
