Sounds like you're in demand. Wise to check the range of the song to see if it suits your voice - if not, ask for it to be done in a different key (many music teachers can manage this O.K. without too much fuss for many songs if they are chord based. Pretend you were making all the decisions about this song - what have the people asking you to do the performance not thought about that you need to? Accompaniment, costume(?!), rehearsals, your other commitments, ...
Hope it works out really well, but no need to assume you're committed until you've sung the song through to see what it is and what's it all about.
You might think it's best sung by you and two of your singing friends, sometimes solo, sometimes together - take the initiative to make a special performance (different, but just as special as last time) - but ALWAYS go back to the music teacher for the OK of the ideas!
Best wishes.

Yes you should give it a go - especially if it's a song you already know and it doesn't mean extra learning time!
The point DomRUK made about the range is a good one, your head of music presumably knows your range, but if you feel it might be a bit high or a bit low you should talk to him / her about that.
