Hey everyone!

I was at youth band last night and in one of our pieces (Stephenson's Rocket), there are a few really high trills. We've managed all of them except the top Bb to C trill. Having spent an hour attempting it, we were all sent away with the task of figuring out what it is.

I found several trill fingerings for it, but none of them sound anything like what it should. So could anyone suggest where I could find an accurate one, or even better, what it is?

Have you tried WFG, they seem to have a few options for it. There are some trills that just never sound right, fortunately as long as you're all doing the same trill most people won't notice. I've done Stephenson's Rocket before but I can't remember which fingerings we used , which isn't much help .
