Full Version: Extreme Cellos
I found this website when looking for something else .... perhaps we should have some Forums events in some wackier places?
I reckon at the bottom of Gaping Ghyll would be pretty cool - it's a pot-hole in the Yorkshire Pennines, supposedly big enough for St Paul's Cathedral to fit it.
Just one snag - it's about a 3 hour hike up a mountain to get to the hole in the ground which you then drop through, I think about 300-odd feet

The extreme cellos have a Facebook group, I think. We tried (unsuccessfully) to get them for a recording session...

Sounds cool
I've always fancied taking my violin up the mountain at the top of the glen where I live and playing some Scottish Trad tunes just for fun. It would be a three hour hike up with a violin on my back

You probably didn't offer them an extreme enough location
