Looks like just the posts, which is good for the 'real' threads. I hope they also delete the whole threads, like this one, which refer to the incident though ...

I'd be surprised if they didn't - hardly good publicity for a forum to be full of threads warning people about it being full of porn....

Hi everyone

We've now removed all the offending posts and banned the user/spambot/whatever or whomever was doing this. Thanks for the heads up and sorry not to have been able to act sooner.

If we've missed any, do drop myself or another mod a PM and we'll get right onto it.

We'll raise the issue of weekend moderation with the team next week - it was just unfortunate today that none of us were at home and able to act when forums members got in touch.

I tried to get into forums yesterday (Sun) afternoon, (unusual for me), every time I tried it said 'too many users' . I guess this problem was the root cause of it !

What does "bump" mean?

Its when people add a post so that the thread gets to the top of the forum, and is hence the one people see on the 'Forum' menu and it also makes it more likely that people will see it before any less appropriate threads.
