I recommend David Ledbetter's Continuo Playing According to Handel (Oxford, 1990).

R.O. Morris's two-volume Figured Bass at the Keyboard is also useful.

Harmonization of Melodies at the Keyboard by Dorothy Pilling (Forsyth). I've got books 2 & 3, but they're probably out of print now.
