Hi everyone,

I'm doing Grade 5 next month and don't usually have any problems with the practice paper apart from this one blink.gif
On question 4, in the bassoon part the piece changes into treble clef in bar 9. Does this change the key signature aswell? wacko.gif

Thanks very much biggrin.gif

Paper C - yes?

It changes to the tenor clef, not the treble clef (I'm sure you knew that really tongue.gif)

The change of clef doesn't change the fact that the piece is in Bb Major, it just means that the position of the keysig changes. So in Q4(b)(i), you would still put the flat symbols for Bb and Eb on the stave , but in the correct position for the tenor clef.

I think this is correct!
