I am hoping someone can shed some light I am having the very devil of a time logging in to various websites that I am a member of. The problem started yesterday when my old Laptop crashed its final crash and died wiping almost everything I had and clearing every program except the Internet browser and recycle bin...

I have a new shiney laptop which has sat in its box waiting for its day in the sun so finally it has come into use. Problem I cannot log in to various forums of which I am a member, one of which I actually pay for (IDRS)...the issue arises when I try to type my e-mail address in the box before I add my pasword...the box for my e-mail simply isnt big enough and the txt wont shuffle along beyond the box...I have no idea how to implant my e-mail which cuts short by about 4 characters and I cannot log in...

Any suggestions please...

Funny one. I tried typing a load of text into the logon box and the first time it appeared to stop at 25 characters. I refreshed the page and it them seemed to go on forever (or at least until I got bored). So no conclusion there. Have you tried, as a test, typing your email address into some other application, then copying and pasting it into the logon box?
