Thinking ahead here by a long way, but if you had to pick 6 minutes of violin repertoire at grade 6 level or above, what would you choose?

I could play the Massenet Meditation, which I adore - I'd have to time it but I think it would probably fit quite well - anything over 5 minutes is fine. But I'm also quite attracted to the idea of learning something new.

One piece or more, at least grade 6 but beyond that there's no advantage to choosing a harder piece.

Mine had to be 8 minutes long
For mine i did... the last 3 movements of the B minor suite on flute and then Nocturne from the current grade 6 syllabus on violin.

I love the Massenet meditation, i think that'd be a good choice
