Hi everyone. I'm new here, although I've been reading a lot of posts as a guest. But thought I would get an account since I've entered for DipABRSM violin in December.

I'm going to play:

Mozart violin concerto no. 3 in G, 1st movt (with cadenza by Franko).
Beethoven Romance in F
Schumann Fantasiestucke op. 73
Kabalevsky violin concerto, 3rd movt (own choice)

This ok? I hope it is because I've been practising the pieces for quite a while and don't really want to change any but I thought I'd ask anyway!

Also, good luck to those waiting nervously for their results, I know I'll be a nervous wreck by the time mine are due, I'm already bad enough now!

That is a good selection of pieces. Stick with what you have selected and polish them off.

Not really enough time to change pieces and perfect it anyway.

Thanks. Yeah, I've got enough on my plate getting this Mozart perfect. I've been playing it on and off for a long time now and it looks so simple, but as with so many other Mozart works, it's so darn hard to get it bang on!

Your programme looks lovely, and yes, our programmes are quite similar! Lets hope we both also do really well come December!!
