Hi all, I just moved to Bromley and I'm looking for pilates classes, both for the sake of my singing and because of ongoing back problems which could sabotage my piano playing/teaching.

I've been looking on the internet, particulary for saturday classes, but everything I've found is either in v expensive private gyms, or way out in Orpington/West Whickam etc.

I've seen the listings on the local gov website/mytime leisure centres but often the best classes are those in local church halls that don't get advertised on the web - so does anybody have any ideas/recommendations?

Or if any of you are pilates teachers in that area even better!

I'm looking for either fairly central in Bromley or towards Grove Park.

Thanks all.

There is a health club in Hayes Lane (south of the town centre), I'm afraid that's all I can think of...

To be honest, I've never looked for pilates classes laugh.gif but I hope this info helps. If they can't help, they may be able to point you in the direction of someone who can. smile.gif

Pirate classes would be even more fun! But also even harder to track down that pilates.

Thanks Barri-clari, i know the health club you mean but they're expensive, so if anybody knows local community centre/church all classes I'd love to hear bout them.

Have you tried talking to Bromley Central Library - I believe they keep records of things like that.
