If we buy ABRSM past theory papers, are we allowed to let students borrow them?

Yes, theres no reason why you shouldnt be able to - if you mean photocopies, you can i think, as long as your not charging for them.

Yes thats true, you can't photocopy them - it says on the front, well it shows that if you do photocopy it, you be eaten by the photocopier.
