I read a while back somewhere on these forums about a site that sells corks/bungs for the ends of flutes and piccolos.

I looked at the time but didn't bookmark it and now I cannot remember where it was!

Does anyone have a clue as to what site it might have been as my friend has told me she desperately needs one for her piccolo! I think who ever added the link was saying they improve the quality of the sound of the instrument and were preferable to an upgrade as so much cheaper!

You may be thinking about the Robert Bigio crown and stopper. His website is here. Don't know if he does piccolo ones, though.
