Please, Please, please could you help me! I'm looking at going to a specialist music sixth form college, and I have no idea where to start looking? I live in the south of England and would like to find some names of this type of college not too far away. If anyone has any details, please please please contact me asap! Thanks for reading this!

Won't your existing teachers help - or a phone call to the LEA?

It really depends can you give a clearer description of what you want? You say college do you actually mean a college rather than a school? What sort of music it can range from NVQs in music technology to studying a traditional instrument with one of the country's best teachers... Also do you (or your parents!) have lots of money to spend. For example, Uppingham is a nice independent school and (although not technically a specialist in music) they have a very strong musical ethos but you'll need to find £18,000 a year to go there! Cheethams is good and you can board there and get means tested fees but it's not in the south. Sorry I can't be of much help...
