Does anyone ever use these? In description it says they are good for musicians as well as those involed in sports. Daughter plays violin and piano, so was wondering if they may be beneficial, as especially in violin, wrists and arms may benefit. Looks sort of fun too!

I'd be interested to know too if they're good for guitarists, as my son is trying to influence me they are!

I know a canoeist who bought one and gave himself RSI - end of competitive canoeing career - so be careful. He wasn't a frail weedy individual either but somewhat obsessive as many sportspeople are so probably he over did it a bit.

I'm not convinced that they would train the right muscles for a musician (obviously it depends entirely on the instrument in question). It is more for wrist rather than finger strength I would have thought.
