Hi
I have my DipLCM Performance exam next week. I'm very nervous.
I tried the ALCM two years ago, but unfortunately didnt pass.

Could anyone please give me advice on how to approach the exam? What are they looking for?
Also any example questions for the Viva Voce please? Im not sure what I should know, how much depth or background of my pieces?

Thanks for reading. smile.gif

Hello,

I'll try to help you as much as I can

I'm no expert myself. I've never taken DipLCM, only DipABRSM.
Viva voce:

they look for fluency, really. Difference between the composers of your piece, of their context in history...etc.

Some questions they asked me

What's difference between Rachmaninoff's piano and Beethoven's piano.

Any other general advice for the exam?
