I would love to play htis piece for grade 7, the only trouble is I have small hands and are stuggling with the stretches, I know they accept it if you can't always reach the notes but would it be better to choose another piece? Thanks Musicbox x

hello! do you mean the arpeggios in the beginning? or the harmonic intervals? i see that the harmonic interval no more than an octave except in bar 9 (which is an arpeggiation)

The arpeggios are generally ok my broken reeds, the worst parts really are bar 6 (trying to sustain the F sharp and reach the other F sharp) and again in bar 8 where it is similar and in bar 9. I can reach an octave but I've found this hard. Thanks

bar 6 is only an octave, maybe in bar 8 you found hard because the first note should be held till the second one and bar 9 is an arpeggiation
i hope your teacher can help you with this problem or choose another piece, b2 is lovely as well
i'm working on this syllabus aswell. but will start learning the pieces next year, cause my exam is in the end of 2009
good luck
