On another forum I use there is a thread like this. So many people out there are ill, in whatever way, unhappy, struggling... just generally finding things a bit tough. Basically, whoever wishes to join in, 'virtually' take the hand of the person who has posted above you and feel free to add a positive/supportive comment.
