skryabin's hands were small but why he wrote such wide intervals in his piano music??

Er, because he had such a big ego?? Also, he was influenced by Rachmaninov so that could be a factor.

If a big ego helped you span a big interval I would have no problems!!

Heck you can span a 12th. How big an interval do you need to span?

I can only do a 9th, which is from like a C - the D after the next C , i thnk?

I've read that his hands could ''barely stretch an octave'' but the truth is, he could just about reach ten keys. I would also say that Rachmaninov was more influenced by Scriabin than the other way around.
