You can play Yann Tiersen which sounds quite nice and are quite easy.
Michael Nyman's Heart asks for pleasure first.
Not sure you are a Richard Clayderman's fan or not, otherwise it is quite nice too.
Mozart's Rondo Alla Turca.
Einaudi's are very nice.
Libertango if you like to play something more rythmic.

Hi. I do not really know how to grade pieces. But i think you can try Intermezzo (from Cavalleria Rusticana). by Mascagni. You can play it real slowly but with lots and lots of expression. What I have is just a short two page score.

the way how to grade pices.
is mostly the shop will tell you "oh this isn't to difficult"
it might say on the pice or book that you perchase.
also.
if it suites you and it a easy requierment to you it's proberly under your grade.
or if it's at your level and you find it a challenge it could be over or jut right.
it's all about trying new pices and seeing if there easy hard or just right.
