The pieces were goodish and the scales were alright. The sight-reading wasn't good but they told me that I got in

I think that I would have to go for Chets. I like the atmosphere at chets and the teacher I would have is very good.

Well done, Lizbun. What a great choice you have! I love Chet's & think it would be a wonderful place to go, but I've never been to Wells, although I expect it's excellent as well. Getting the right teacher for you is extremely important, of course, so if you feel the one at Chet's is right that would be a very good reason to take the place there. Good luck with your choice!

it's ONLY one of the best music schools in the UK, alongside the likes of Yehudi Menuhin, Purcell and St Mary's schools. There are very few musicians who havent heard of Chethams, so consider yourself educated
