Occasionally some of us post links to funny clips on YouTube and the like in other threads. But, of course, these links get lost quite quickly as the discussion moves on and as new topics get posted. Therefore, I think it might be a good idea if there is one thread in which we can post links to clips on YouTube which amuse us, and which we'd like to share with others. Musical links and non-musical links welcome!

So, to get the ball rolling, here are two of my favourites. One "musical" and one non-musical:-

i, South Park - Eric Cartman singing O Holy Night

ii, Dentist sketch

Hope you enjoy them!

Please feel free to post some more! biggrin.gif

That being the case, do you think he'd be a good addition to the next Belfast forum event? laugh.gif

I think for that bit, she's flutter tonguing. It's sort of like rolling your Rs, a bit like purring really. I can do it not very well on a limited range of notes for a few seconds at the most, but I've never had a piece that required it, so haven't really worked on it at all.
anacrusis
She is flutter tonguing, yes - one of those things which is either ridiculously difficult to do or unbelievably easy to learn, just a matter of luck.

How about some piano music again?
Sorry folks, it does seem to get a bit rough at times, and they are sharing out the difficulty between the three of them, but I will admit I still like it.

For sheer musical artistry though, I do think Igudesmann and Joo are right up there.... and of those, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKZITB_r8t0...feature=related is my favourite. Their piano lesson one is too close to the spade-wielding piano teacher one, I think from Australia (?) which I just cannot find funny.
