OK, so this is very obviously a marketing tool for jazzwise, but nevertheless I think the 10.steps they outline make sense. It's certainly a similar journey to the one my teachers have been guiding me along.

Thanks for that and agree with your comments.
It's good to know that roughly what I have been doing (randemly) is a recognised procedure for improvment.
I'll put this on my studio wall to underline what I tell my students.
