Nope, I hadn't heard of it either. But I googled it, and the following link came at the top of the search: http://www.fncm.it/cgi-bin/home.cgi?PageNo=1 which explains it all.

It's good to see music teachers branching out into other disciplines nowadays....

However, if you google ARCM, it'll tell you all about it straight away. Pity the RCM no longer offers it, as it used to be a really worthwhile diploma.
