What are all the different registers on clarinet?
and what notes are in them?

As far as I know the clarinet just has the three registers. The 'chalumeau' register, named after the early reed instrument it derived from; the 'clarion' register, named because people thought it sounded like a sort of small trumpet; and the 'altissimo' register, named because it's very high!

The written ranges, for the usual Bb clarinet, are:

chalumeau: E below middle C up to the Bb above middle C.
clarion: B above middle C to the second C above that.
altissimo: anything above that as far as you can get it to go!

I think that's right. If not I'm sure Barry-Clari will be along to correct it!
